The Natural Heavyweight Championship is the premier title of Ballpark Brawl. It was introduced through an 8-man Tournament held in July and August 2004. Originally represented by a trophy, as of 2005 it is represented by a title belt.

-08/13/2005 - Charlie Haas (1) defeated Christopher Daniels and Chris Sabin
-06/01/2006 - Title Vacant after Charlie Haas signs with WWE
-08/27/2006 - Samoa Joe (1) defeated Christopher Daniels, Homicide, and Low-Ki in a Foul Pole Match
-08/23/2007 - Sterling James Keenan (1) defeated Samoa Joe and Kishi
